Here, inspiration flows through every sunset over Tiger Head, dawn’s first light on the beaches, and the whisper of lychee trees — all become muses for our craft. Every 8-10 weeks, I create a seasonal release: perhaps a crowd favorite (like our bronze-winning Punkin Ale at the 2024 HK Homebrew Awards) returning by popular demand, but more often an avant-garde flavor adventure.
